These terms govern your use of ScanSeats (scanseats.com), provided by Mentis Vision LLC ("we", "us"). By using ScanSeats you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What ScanSeats is

ScanSeats is a free, informational route explorer. It shows routes, connections, and historical load information drawn from public government records and third-party schedule data. It is not a travel agency, does not sell tickets, and does not provide live seat availability, standby status, fares, or confirmation of travel eligibility.

No guarantee

Route and load information describes past operations and third-party listings. It may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and flights change or are cancelled. Do not rely on ScanSeats alone for travel decisions. Always confirm schedules, availability, and your eligibility with your airline. ScanSeats is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

No airline affiliation

ScanSeats is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline. Airline names, codes, and colors are used only to identify flights and belong to their owners.

Acceptable use

You may use ScanSeats for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from ScanSeats or its interfaces by automated means;
• resell, republish, or build a competing dataset or service from ScanSeats content;
• interfere with, overload, or try to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• use ScanSeats in violation of any law or airline policy that applies to you.

Content and third-party data

The ScanSeats site, design, and software belong to Mentis Vision LLC. Underlying data belongs to its providers and is used under their terms. Links and ads to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentis Vision LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for missed flights, travel costs, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of ScanSeats. Our total liability for any claim relating to ScanSeats is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Changes

We may update ScanSeats and these terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Hawaii.
